Why Mr Circuit?
The Spark of a Teacher’s Dream Turned Real
Hello, I'm Mr Circuit.
I was built from a teacher's dream to make electronics fun, simple, and hands-on for students everywhere.
It started with Gary Gibson, a classroom teacher in Los Angeles. He noticed something simple: students learn best when they build, not just read.
Gary created a way for every class to explore electronics safely with their own hands. That's how I was born - the spark of a teacher's dream turned into something real.

Inside Mr Circuit Lab 1
Lab 1 is the foundation of hands-on electronics learning. Each box is a complete, self-contained lab designed for real classrooms.
- What’s Inside: A solderless breadboard, high-quality components, and a detailed printed manual with 16 step-by-step experiments.
- The Journey: Students start by measuring resistance, move to series/parallel circuits, and explore transistors, light, and sound.
- Safety First: Powered by a simple 9-volt battery. No soldering, no special tools, and no risk to students.

Designed for Full Classrooms: The MC1 Set
For teachers who have a very small budget, here is a way to teach Lab 1 experiments to the whole class for only $164. This will give every student experience doing the hands-on electronics in Mr Circuit Lab 1.
MC1-SET contains 32 separate experiments, each packaged in its own resealable bag with all parts and instructions. Each experiment kit is reusable.
- Flexible: Rotate experiments, assign group projects, or run a full semester series.
- Affordable: The entire set costs only $164—real electronics training at a fraction of the cost of traditional equipment.
- Simple Management: No power supplies needed, just safe 9-volt batteries.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
We extend the experiment beyond the desk with our online learning portal: mrcircuittech.com.
Students and teachers can access a digital library that aligns perfectly with our physical kits. It includes interactive flip books, video lessons, and self-checking quizzes to verify comprehension.
Browser-Based: Works on computers, tablets, and Chromebooks. No installation required.
